Pastel SeminarTaught by Colleen Hartshorn
This
is a 3 hour class. Class
Fee - $25 / Class is limited to 15 people. What
to wear – old clothes, the pastel dust can get messy. What
the STUDENT needs to bring: Pastels
(a list of colors will be supplied after your fees have been paid) A
favorite picture of a dapple grey horse for you to use for reference A
primered horse (ask Amy when you register if you’d like to buy one already
primered) A
particle mask Brushes A glove to hold that pastelly pony (we
have to be careful not to handle them. The oils off of our fingers will ruin
the coat.) Supplies
provided for your use during the class: Krylon
Matte and Clear Finish Sprays X-Acto
Knife (these are used for shaving the pastels into a powder, no sword fights
please) In
addition, acrylic paints of white, black, and brown will be provided in the
event you complete that pastelly pony and want to add the finishing touches! |
